Being of good German descent, I feel like satisfying some German taste craves. So for dinner tonight, we will be grilling bratwurst and heating up some tangy sauerkraut. When cooked on the grill, brats are more flavorful, plus I enjoy the grilling experience, as you well know. I have a great speaker system for my IPod so I can listen to some favorite tunes while grilling. How does grilled brats with a little mustard and kraut sound to you?
